Rent Collection: 8% No vat

Includes:

  • Collect and remit the monthly rent received
  • Deduct commissions and other payments
  • Arrange payments from rental for statutory requirements
  • Pursue non-payment of rent and provide advice on rent arrears

Fully Managed: 8% No vat

Includes:

  • Collect and remit the monthly rent received
  • Pursue non-payment of rent and provide advice on rent arrears actions
  • Deduct commissions and other works
  • Advise all relevant utility providers of any changes
  • Complete 2 Inspections on the property per year and inform the landlord of the outcome
  • Arrange routine repairs and instruct approved contractors
  • Responsible for holding the keys during the tenancy

These charges are applicable throughout all periods of the tenancy, including any term covered by a renewal agreement for both full management and introduction of the tenant only.

 Tenant Information:

Payment of the first month’s rent and 5 weeks deposit will be required in advance of moving into the property.
