Letting Fees

Lettings please note that a payment of the first month’s rent and 5 weeks deposit will be required in advance of moving into the property. All prices on this web site are subject to change without notice. In the event a property is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, photographic, or technical error or error in pricing information received, Anthonys of Ringwood accepts no responsibility and you should consult your Purchase Agreement, Contract and Condominium Documents for accurate information.

Tenant Find: 50% of one month’s rent. No VAT

Includes:

  • Collect and remit initial month’s rent received
  • Agree to the collection of any shortfall and payment method
  • Provide tenant with a payment method
  • Deduct any pre-tenancy invoices
  • Make any HMRC deduction

Rent Collection: 8% No VAT

Includes:

  • Collect and remit the monthly rent received
  • Deduct commissions and other payments
  • Arrange payments from rental for statutory requirements
  • Pursue non-payment of rent and provide advice on rent arrears

Fully Managed: 8% No VAT

Includes:

  • Collect and remit the monthly rent received
  • Pursue non-payment of rent and provide advice on rent arrears actions
  • Deduct commissions and other works
  • Advise all relevant utility providers of any changes
  • Complete 2 Inspections on the property per year and inform the landlord of the outcome
  • Arrange routine repairs and instruct approved contractors
  • Responsible for holding the keys during the tenancy

These charges are applicable throughout all periods of the tenancy, including any term covered by a renewal agreement for both full management and introduction of the tenant only.

  • Landlord administration fee: £275.00
  • Tenancy extension fee: £100.00
  • Credit check and referencing £90.00
  • Exit fee at the termination of tenancy £85.00
  • DPS Dispute resolution £110.00
  • Negotiating Rent reviews or section 13 notice £75.00
  • Adjustment to Deposit held with the DPS and issue of Prescribed Information £15.00
  • Following Fees for periodic or Tenant find
  • Property inspections £65.00
  • DPS Management fee on exit £78.00
