Tenant Find: 90% of one month’s rent including VAT

Includes:

  • Collect and remit initial month’s rent received
  • Agree collection of any shortfall and payment method
  • Provide tenant with a payment method
  • Deduct any pre-tenancy invoices
  • Make any HMRC deduction

Rent Collection: 10.8% including VAT

Includes:

  • Collect and remit the monthly rent received
  • Deduct commissions and other payments
  • Arrange payments from rental for statutory requirements
  • Pursue non-payment of rent and provide advice on rent arrears

Fully Managed: 12% including VAT

Includes:

  • Collect and remit the monthly rent received
  • Pursue non-payment of rent and provide advice on rent arrears actions
  • Deduct commissions and other works
  • Advise all relevant utility providers of any changes
  • Complete 2 Inspections on the property per year and inform the landlord of the outcome
  • Arrange routine repairs and instruct approved contractors
  • Responsible for holding the keys during the tenancy

These charges are applicable throughout all periods of the tenancy, including any term covered by a renewal agreement for both full management and introduction of the tenant only.

  • Arrange deposit to be held by DPS (Deposit Protection Scheme) on behalf of the landlord until the end of the tenancy
